Marketing & Communications Executive
Apply NowWe are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic guest focused Marketing & Communication professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests. What will I be doing? As a Marketing Executive you are responsible to assist the Marketing & Communication Team in the organization of events and seeking related sponsorship to cover all expenses while bringing revenue to the hotel, whereby your role will include key responsibilities such as:
- Set actionable strategic priorities for marketing that are aligned to the business objectives and ensure successful implementation and measurement thereof;
- Provide a plan to (and seek approval from) the Head of Marketing, for each marketing activity which details: deliverables, timeframe, budget.
- Formulate (with the RCHE marketing team) the innovation roadmap and project management of all new product development initiatives. This includes implementation and alignment with the promotional calendar, formulating the business and commercial case and the post measurement of all initiatives;
- Project manage product launches aligned to the marketing and brand strategy;
- Advertising, promotions & PR.
- Drive the effectiveness and consistency of all advertising, promotional & PR initiatives within the market and ensure alignment to the RCHE’s brand & commnunications guidelines, strategy & principles;
- Assist in maintaining an effective working relationship with all members of target media, electronic and print, local, national and international in order to encourage and maximize coverage of all events and promotions
- Continuous reporting and report writing on key findings on core business and marketing initiatives, progress and overall business performance across various stakeholder groups;
- Regularly visit our brands to ensure that all in-house marketing activity is aligned to the marketing strategy and brand plan, and compliant with RCHE’s brand and visual identity guidelines and principles;
Skills & Experience
- Positive attitude;
- Good communication skills (Oral and Written)
- You should be an advertising, marketing or communication graduate with preferable experiences in a similar field. You must be a computer literate with effective communication skills, verbal and written in English and preferable in Arabic as well.
- Set actionable strategic priorities for marketing that are aligned to the business objectives and ensure successful implementation and measurement thereof;
- Assists callers courteously and promptly, taking messages as necessary which are legible and accurate passing them on to the appropriate person without delay
- Understanding the budgeting process and being able to monitor costs / revenue against a budget. E.g. Can anticipate the effects of other financial processes on their own budgeting procedure; able to work within budgetary constraints and reallocate resources where required.
- 1+ years’ experience in a marketing / brand management role, in a food service restaurant; This experience must include the development and implementation of marketing strategies, budgets and plans.
